The details for the event are listed below: The Southeast Ohio Chapter of Pheasants Forever co-hosted their event with: ODNR Division of Wildlife, Sport Fish & Wildlife Restoration, Johnstown Community Sportsmen’s Club, Ohio Gun Collectors Assoc., Ohio State Trappers Assoc., USDA-NRCS, Ducks Unlimited, Rocky, Headhunters International, National Wild Turkey Federation, Lancaster Pistol and Rifle Club, VFW of Ohio Charities, Vance’s Sporting Goods, Central Ohio Safari Club and Professional Dog Trainer, George Hickox, sponsored by The Fairfield County Bird Dog Club. The event included events focused on: Dog demonstrations, conservation, habitat, firearm safety with multiple shotgun, BB gun, 22 rifle, and muzzleloader stations, archery stations, tree stand safety, bird house building, duck decoy painting, calling demonstrations: duck, goose and turkey, fishing, casting and fly tying, taxidermy, deer processing, flint knapping, leather crafts, D.A.R.E. Program, Leopold Education, litter and recycling, boating safety, veterinary station/pet care; electric safety demo, GPS and more.
